First they screwed up my wife's three gas cards by arbitrarily closing the accounts, and now they are calling multiple times throughout the day, two minutes apart each time.....call, then a call two or three minutes later, then wait about 4 hours and call again, same thing......obviously either robocalls, or mindless call center reps...probably both.

My solution? I'm going to prepare a civil case and walk across the street to our local State Attorney's office, and file a civil case against Citicorp Credit Services, USA. In Florida, if you can prove harassment, it's (I think) $1,000 per violation. I suggest all of you do the same.

Last few days ive been getting calls from 15025229998 each time i answer it hangs up if i dont answer i never get a message. its becoming bothersome and harrassing.

Multiple calls a day from this number, and I answer, and nobody is ever there. I'm really getting tired of this!

Placed by an autodialer, and if their "autodialer" is calling a cell phone, it is indeed illegal. Find an attorney that specializes in going after debt collectors and file suit.

I did. Bank of America insisted on call me in an attempt to locate the previous owner of my phone number, who they INSISTED still had the same phone number (now belonging to me). Retained at attorney at NO cost to me whatsoever, filed suit, settled (substantial), and the day I cashed my check, I changed the number.

Why? Because it was MY right to do so...and they had no right to call me NOR the previous owner of that particular phone number and harass in the manner that they were.

I receive a call from 502-522-9998 on both my cell phone and my home phone on an average of 10 - 15 times a day. When I answer I get at least 60 seconds of silence and I hang up. When I let it go to voicemail I either get a busy signal or they don't leave a message. This is harrasement. I need it to stop.
