When you get to talking to the people offering to lower your credit card rates, they claim that they have the pull to lower your rates based upon recent legislation. There is a fee of just under a thousand dollars. They also require, or have, credit card information on you.

The pre-recorded message says it is about my credit card and asks to press 1 for an agent. When I press1, I am put on hold with music and an agent never comes on the line.

Caller indicates morgage/lending. A first I just hung up on the caller. After a while, I recognized the number and did not answer. Last couple of time I attempted to tell the call not to call and he immediately hung up. I called back once and the menu said that if I did not want to receive these calles "Press 1" which I did but I still get the calls.

Appear to present the caller as someone from the phone owner's "credit card holding company," which is fraudulent, as I called my actual credit card holding financial institution and they issued no such calls to be made! I am VERY tired of these calls, especially since I have filed several complaints AND I am on both the national and state do not call registries.
