Don't call these people back the IRS never contacts people like that

I received a voicemail saying it was the IRS and there was an arrest warrant for me. I called back and he asked my name and I said I would only give him the phone number I was calling from and he hung up on me.

First they left a voice mail about the IRS
I called back and they said I had a warrant arrest and to go to a quiet place that they will give some details, and they asked me for my name and social, so I said I will give you the last 4, the person with a heavy indian accent got furious and I told him you give it to me and I let you know if is mine, he was upset told me he was going to give a name for me to look up in the computer, I told him that doesn't mean anything, so he said I'm going to send the police right now. I hang up.
