It is NOT Wells Fargo credit card services....the number is spinned, and Wells Fargo would NOT CALL TO ASK "WHO AM I SPEAKING TO?" and then ask credit card number. They kept calling my cell phone for about 30 times in 12 days. I ignored it, thinking they would quit and can't block on prepaid cell. I answered, and she said, "This is Melanie with Wells Fargo, who am I speaking to?" I slammed her....called her a lying bitch, cussed her as a criminal, scamming people and she said, "don't cuss me"....I did just that, screaming names at her, and she hung up. Guess what? no more calls! Police say they can't prosecute, and these guys know it. Give them a good cussing and screaming and see if it stops.......can't just ignore it and think it will stop...they are hardcore.

Called twice this morning within 45 minutes, left no message when I let the machine deal with them. Caller ID showed "623-040836" where the name or "Unknown caller" usually appears.

They have been calling me 8 - 10 times a day for about 3 months but never leave a message. I don't answer calls if I don't recognize the number. If it is Wells Fargo Credit Card Services, I don't know why they call me, I don't even have a credit card with Wells Fargo, nor do I bank with them.

They have called me over 100 times. They call at least 6-8 times a day. This is getting ridiculous. They never leave a voicemail and I don't answer calls I don't recognize. This is spam. They even will call at 5am or 11pm.

Never heard of a bank calling you and asking for your credit card number and then a rep will call you back...you are stupid if you give out your information.

This number called me and hung up on me. I also called back to find that it was Wells Fargo Credit Card Services...so I hung up and called the number on my statement. The representative, Kofi, said the number is from their call center and is basically "calling" to find out if a live person (not an answering machine) will answer, then they have a customer service representative to call later on.
