The call promoted a service to reduce one's credit card interest rate to 2%, supposing the callee had $4,000 or more in credit card debt.

Credit card debt reduction. Asked me to press 1 for info. I pressed 1 and a woman said "Cardmember Services" as the business name. I told her the company had called a Do Not Call number and I wanted my number removed from her list. She told me I had called her by pressing 1, that her office receives only incoming calls and uses an automated dialer. Her company has no control over who is called. I asked to talk with her supervisor and she hung up.
