Received this call from this number about 30 minutes ago. They are a marketing firm using the line that "you've won" a vacation to Cancun, Mexico. I decided to listen to the live operator. It is impossible to "google" their company name which i was told is "Cancun Caribbean Vacations". After being asked if i was 25 or older and if I had a credit card that could be used to check into a hotel...they require you to give them your credit card number and be charged 698 dollars to receive 2 vacations, in my case. They use "high pressure tactics" and require the credit card info by the end of the phone call in order to be "eligible" for the offer that I apparently won. Smells fishy and raises more red flags the more questions you ask. BEWARE!!

I did this tour last year... and their website still works great.. I don't know why it didn't work for you. Everything they told me was true.. there were some small issues when i got to the ressort, but they were solved properly.
