Life alert type device -- targeted at elderly. At the end of the call, they ask to choose a number telling them if I already had a life alert system, or do not wish one. I refused to select any number since this would encourage them.

Said they are from some shipping department on two calls. Another couple of times said they wanted to tell me about some sort of life services they could sell me.

Prerecorded message (that sounded live) stating they were calling from the shipping department of Emergency Life Alert (Help, I've Fallen and Can't Get Up) to arrange delivery of the Life Alert system I ordered. I was to push #1 if I wanted to order the system or #5 to decline. A call back to the number indicated it was a spoof.
