This IS a REAL Wells Fargo number. I called Wells Fargo directly and discussed the number with them in length. They verified it's legality. It seems that this call center is mainly for Debt Collecting.
That being said, they are very annoying and very rude. I would just deal directly with your branch office and hang up on these jokers they have working for them.
