just keeps calling and says nothing, leaves no message.

This number called 3 times within 6 hours, on the same day, on the same day. Only 8 people have my cell number. The first call came during a meeting, and since no one would call me then, I thought it might be an emergency. But when I saw the area code, I just turned my phone off. I didn't see the other calls that came in until I turned the phone on later that night. I also am on the Do Not Call list. How did they get my number?? Is there a way to block this number from calling?

Got a phone call (3:16pm) from an out-of-state number that I didn't "know" or recognize.
(Does this mean that they are involved in Interstate Fraud?)
They, of course, left no message.
As always, I didn't answer, but looked up the number here.

I am on the National Do-Not-Call List, and have been for over a year now.
(I guess this is our government at work for us.)

I'm going to
http://www.fcc.gov/complaints
AND to
https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx
and see if that can get the government to work for me, and stop these calls.
(Yes I will go through all those steps.) [I have also bookmarked these URL's.]

Tom, from Home Protections informed me that his Company was looking for a home in my area to have an alarm system installed for free if they can put signs in my yard. I told him I asked to be remvoed multiple times and to please remove me again. I requested the Company's Corporate phone number and address and he hung up. When I called the number back it was a prerecorded message.

They claimed to be from a pest control service this time, other times they claim to offer credit card debt solutions; most of the time there is just dead air.
