Veterans Administration Home Loan Survey asking to speak to my ex-husband who has NEVER been associated with this number.

The person on the phone asked if I had a VA loan and wanted me to refinance. When asked to speak to a supervisor the company terminates the call. Personnel on the phone have an accent from the Philipines or micronesia. I informed them I was on the do not call registry and to remove me from their database, each time I do they immediately hang up and call back either later that day or the next day.
