If you are getting automated calls from Asia Pacific, contact the U.S. Federal Trade Commission ftc.gov -- where you can refer to their document dated 6/10/2010, file #102-0360 which states in part that "Blasting consumers with robocalls" is completely unacceptable, and that "Asia Pacific Telecom is a shell company for SBN Peripherals, Inc." so you know at least who is distributing the illegitimage calls to you and everyone else on these complaint forums. The contact in the Office of Public Affairs which issued the FTC notice is (202) 326-2161 in Washington, DC. Make sure you're on the Do Not Call List, but also remember that unethical and crooked scamsters will not of course obey such rules. But it's important to keep heavy pressure on mass harassers of various stripes. Hmmm. That's where they belong! In stripes. Pajamas. In prison. OK. You get it.

They call every day but Sunday since January. When you call there number back you get a recording saying you received a call from a telemarketing company if you wish to have your number removed press 1 at anytime during this call. I have done this no less then 40 times. It does nothing to remove your name from there list. When I speck to someone and ask them to remove my name they say they will but never do. They now call and when I put up they Hung-Up because I place a big order and when they ask for payment I say send it COD. And of course I give a false address.

This is a cell phone provided by Nextel Communications, Switch SRDDORXA1MD, Tillamook, Oregon. Perhaps if everyone wrote Nextel and they were bombarded with complaints, something would be done. I've tried everything else. You can also fill out a complaint form with the FCC. I don't answer the calls which are obviously computer generated.

This people has been calling through my cell phone for a long time now I have told them to stop calling me sometimes the reps are very polite and they said that will take me off the list but I continue receiving those calls just a woman told me that I will be removed from the list but that they update the list every week and that my number will come back and they will continue to call. Most of the times the calls are dead air calls only.
