Constantly receiving calls even after notifying them to place me on their do not call list.

iv recieve calls from this number atleast once a day but usually several times a day for the last 5 months, it getting rediculious. the times when i have answered there is silence on the end of the line and after 2-3 seconds the call is discontected.
This number show up on my phone 3-5 times a day. I answer the phone and they don't say anything. I don't even bother answering anymore. I wish they would STOP calling ME! PLEASE!
