Member services shows up on the caller ID and a pre-recorded message states that this is my last opportunity to lower my interest rates on my credit card account. If I'd like to speak to someone press 1. I do and the first 2 times I didn't just hang up, I asked them to take me off their list. They hang up on me!! Then the next two times I've said, I'm filing a complaint with the FCC to which they immediately hang up!! I do not know what date it was that I last filed a complaint, no more than two weeks ago though on this same company.

Caller ID readout says "Member Services" and the recorded message implies they are from my credit card company, and that I have been sent several notices about my account, and this is my last notice, and I need to call; all to adjust the rate on my credit card.
