The call advertised lower interest rates. A complete transcript of the message follows (I believe the message started playing before my voicemail started recording): "--shortly, so please send--it is your final notice. Press the number three to discontinue further notices. Or press the number one on your phone now to speak with a live operator and lower your interest rate. Thank you. Have a great day."

lower interest rate on a credit card but when you push the number it tells you to be removed from the list you get a live person trying to refinance your house they would not give me their name and cussed at me when I asked to be removed from the call list they are calling every day alternating between two different cell phone numbers 503-457-1085 503-914-1313

That they could lower my credit card interest rate to 6.9%. When I questioned who they were and why they were calling a number that was on the do not call list, they hung up. When I tried to call back, you get a recording to enter the number you wish to have added to their do not call list. I didn't enter any number and it then stated that my number had been successfully added....even though I didn't enter in a number.
