Voice said "This is Rachel." Offer from "card services" to lower my credit card rates to as low as 6.9%. Recording said to press 3 to "discontinue further notices." I pressed 3 and the call immediately hung up.

An offer to lower the interest rate on my credit card. They could not tell me which card or account. They requested personal and account information which I refused to provide. This is clearly an identity theft scam. I have received this type of call before.

The message was not complete as it went to voice mail, but it had something to do with lowering an interest rate something. Since I do not owe anyone anything, it obviously was a "cold call." I have received numerous calls from the same or similar area code (502 0r 503) - Other number was 502-873-0246 but that one did not leave a message.
