The woman named "Rachael" in the pre-recorded message claims that there is urgent information about my credit account and that if i want to lower my interest rate i should dial 3 to talk to a representative, and to discontinue these calls i should dial 1. they have been calling me 2-3 times per week for 4 months and i have hit "discontinue" each time. PLEASE HELP ME STOP THIS INVASION OF PRIVACY AND EXPOSURE TO SCAMMERS.
Preventing problems with credit card accounts
credit card services wanting to reduce our credit card rate. We pay credit card in full every month so have no debt!I have documentation of rec'ing 20 calls from this company in 40 days. can't this be stopped? We are seniors & this is harassment!
Credit card interest reduction. when pushed for which credit cards responses is we represent over 500 credit cards. When asked which one provided my cell number I usually get hung up on.
