Cardholder Services offering to lower my interest rate on credit card debt, stating my time is running out. Instructed to press 1 if interested and 3 if I wanted to be placed on their "Do not call list". I have pressed 3 everytime and they still keep calling. Today's call makes 24 calls they have made to my home number.

I didn't answer, but an internet search revealed this is similar to a scam call I received not long ago that claimed to be from "Cardmember Services" with important information about my account. I called back from another number, and it seems to be some kind of phishing scam to get me to enter my phone number.
