Wanted to lower interest rates on credit cards. This same message calls every other day or every 3rd day. It's usually a diffent number every time. Says press certain number to stop receiving calls but doesn't stop them from doing it again. Google numbers then Reading some online forums & they say it happens to them all the time too. Gives option to talk to operator so i did. When i started asking questions they hang up on me. Can't someone stop these people. They want to get your credit card number for a quick scam. Thanks
