initially they were trying to get my wife's birth date ostensibly for a Humana Prescription Drug benefit. I told them I don't provide that information over the phone and to please stop calling me.

I am on the national "do not CALL list" and continue to receive calls from this company although no one responds when I answer the phone. What good is the law if there is no enforcement and disincentive to prevent these telemarketers from placing the call. I still spend valuable time ($60.00 per hour!) responding to a ringing phone.

Yes - It asked me whether I wanted to put my listing on Google or not. But when I called back they said they were the National Do Not Call Regsitry. These calls and several other numbers are coming from Oregon. over and over and over.

This number calls multiple days a week and multiple times a day. When the phone is answered, the line stays quiet and a few seconds later the call is ended. There is no sound what so ever. This is a private business location and hangups/no response phone calls are very rare except from this number.
