Supposed political survey wants credit card

According to internet searches that I have done on these phone numbers, if the call is answered, the recipient is asked to complete a brief survey under the guise of political polling and then is offered an "opportunity" to a free cruise or other travel and is asked to provide a credit card number to pay for "processing fees." Accordingly, this appears to be a scam or an attempt at credit card fraud and/or identity theft.
