Stated that they were conducting a "short political survey" and as a reward for a response that I would get a 2 day Bahamas cruise if I paid taxes and port fees.

Claims to be conducting a political survey, but offers a "free" cruise for participating. Political surveys do not offer anything! Multiple calls from this scammer on my cell phone. I've reported it numerous times. Ten pages of complaints online at 800notes.com

As I have come to undterstand the message advertises a free cruise, which must be payed for by purchasing a tax waiver at one point or another. Then there is an optional upgrade fee at some point, and other fees that they offer. I haven't been on long enough to hear most of it.
