For 6 weeks now this number calls my home, 1to 3 times a day, only to say "GOODBYE" when I answer. Whomever owns this number belongs in jail

I never answer this call from 503-457-1451. It comes at least twice
a day,I don't know anyone in Oregan.

This number keeps calling my phone and just says goodbye. When you go to call it back it says you have reached a number that is not is use. What???
