Constant calls nearly every day about GE Security systems, have followed the instructions for removing my number, still receive calls as man as 3 per day

I was referred for a home security system. I asked questions and he said he was with GE Home Security Systems. Caller ID said Phone Services. He asked personal questions as who I have an alarm system with, how many exterior doors I have, how many keypads I have, who my provider was. When asked, he said he was out of Houston, Tx. This number he called from is not Houston. He said my number was taken from a pool of numbers. He was rude and yelled at me because I asked why he called me when I am on the National No call list. He accused my of initiating the call by pressing 1. I only did so to stop these calls as the number has appeared on my caller ID before. This became a very vocal conversation as he refused to accept he was liable to the National No Call list. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I told him his telemarketer was rude and they could not call me as I was on the No Call List and he hung up.

WHEN QUESTIONED FURTHER HE HUNG UP.
I NOTIFIED GE AND WAS TOLD THAT THEIR ALARM DIVISION WAS SOLD TO ANOTHER COMPANY. THE TOLD ME TO CALL 888-437-3282 AND REQUEST TO BE REMOVED FROM THEIR LIST.
I CALLED WHAT TURNED OUT TO BE UTC FIRE AND SECURITY.
A JAMIE TOLD ME YES THEY DID BUY THAT DIVISION FROM GE BUT THE CALL WAS NOT FROM THEM.
SHE FURTHER STATED THAT SOME PERSONS CALL CLAIMING THAT THEY ARE FROM GE IN ORDER TO GET YOUR BUSINESS.
