I was listening to all the people in the background talking to people who press 1. Another call came in same line I was on. Old man just wanted to talk to someone. Rep wanted to rip them off. I know not the reps fault. They are just doing for a job to put food on the table. I kept waiting for someone to talk to me but never happened so just listened. Wanted to ask where they were physically located seems how the number on callerid was an Oregon number. Reps chatting waiting for calls to come in. Rep said CRC Medical Benefits to the older man she answered the call while I was still on line. Free worth $400.00. Bracelet. Activation. Etc. Finally call dropped after about 15 minutes.
