It was a scam involving promising one of 5 too-good-to-be-true prizes. Later in the call they said that a purchase of all natural pro-life vitamins was necessary.
Ok this number called my house and my mother answered, a male voice asked, "Is this Ms.******?" and my mother said that yes it was, then the male voice asked if she was alone! My mother was shocked and just said "What??!" and then the male voice said "This is your lover, don't you remember me?"
UGH this is disgusting and scary! Obviously some low rent hackers got a hold of people's names and numbers and are going on a scam/prank calling spree.
Also, this number is apparently from Oregon, and I live in a southern state. Where did they get my house number from??
