I'm going to place this here anyway, but it is a waste of time. Instead of posting this number(503)468-5243 HERE. How about everyone that posts these numbers call their State Attorney Generals office, and the one in the 503 area code, FCC and Level 3 Communications. Let them sort it out. These calls do not have anyone on the other end and just hang up without saying anything all hours of the day and night. This can be considered a federal offence.
All these post places are is a collection of information to help them see how effective their robo-calling works.

Person says they are putting security sytems on properties for free. Even after I have told him I rent and would not be able to participate, Tom continues to call.

Some type of income producing opportunity. Once the recording starts I cut it off. The dial back number gives you the options of being taken off their call list. I have down this twice and the calls seem to have increased.

They were attempting to sell security systems for homes. I had received this same telemarketing phone call prior and filed a complaint about it, however on this occurrence, the offenders are using a different phone number.
