Called cell phone 4 times in 1 day. Left no voicemail message. Called the number back and got the message the number is not in use. Clearly someone spoofing the number and is fraud. No legitimate business would spoof a number.

First, no company can get you "listed" in Google. There are some legitimate search engine optimization companies out there who can help you redesign your website to achieve higher search placement, but these folks calling are scamsters. You can add them to the list of companies that ignore Do Not Call. I found a call blocker a few months ago at http://www.BlockTelemarketers.net that works really well... with the push of a button it permanently blocks any more calls from an unwanted phone number. It's been a godsend, as I think I'm on every phone SPAM list in the world.
