Lower interest rates on credit cards, usually said this was my "final chance" to obtain such rates. My father got the same calls and called our bank to ensure that they calls weren't from them--they said they would never make such calls and that the calls were not associated with them.

Unsolicited Telemarketer that uses a panic term about an expiring opportunity to lower your interest rate on your credit card. Never makes mention of Which card just refers to "your card". SCAM!
