Card services is what they call them selves. Press one to speak to a rep. about lowing interest rate . So I did. A young lady answered, when I asked to speak to a manager, she hug up. No mater what I say, Please do not call this number or I don't have a card, I get hung up on. So tired of it.

I got a phone call from an automated system today asking if I wanted to lower my interest rate on my credit card. I waited on the phone for a live person to answer. When he picked up, he kept saying "Jack me off Becky." When I said excuse me? he said it another 3 more times then hung up on me.
