Tried to tell me that they would lower my interest rates on my mortgage. Without identifying as such, implied that they were my bank. Included an "account number" which of course nobody has immediately at hand to match numbers.

Recorded Message, that Obama has mandated Home Refi, if you are not a home owner, or are uninterested in refinancing, to push 3 to have the calls discontinued.. but that does no good, you get a busy signal, and these people call constantly.. I get at least 3 a week.
