Phone Number Report: We received an automated call about lowering our credit card interest rates. Again it states that this will be the last time. I don't think they understand what "last time" means as we have received these calls numerous times. This time I pressed one to speak to someone. I was surprised because the recording states the person would be polite. I guess they don't understand the meaning of polite either. She introduced herself as Regina and asked if she could help reduce my rates. I state "no Reg" before I could complete her name she hungup on me. My husband went through the same thing a few months ago. This time I called the number back and entered to be removed from their call list. They Still call me at all hours, please help me put a stop to this non-sense.
