Male caller said they were calling about my inquiry into my SS benefits. I stated that I had not inquired about my benefit, he apologized and tried to hang up but put me on hold instead, he came back on the line and I tried to get some information about who was calling and he placed me back on hold. I hung up and called the number back, recording says I cannot speak to a representative because I have already spoken to an agent and I did not qualify.
