On November 7, 2012 at or approximately 8:15 p.m. I received the following text message on my cellphone from telephone number 1-503-820-8271:

“If you or a loved one has taken the drug Yaz Yazmin or Ocellas and had health problems go to www.yazhealth.com for Financial Compensation”

I browsed to this website. It appears to be for an attorney or attorneys soliciting clients. Internet research reveals that telephone number 503-820-8271 is domiciled in the Portland, Oregon area and is associated with T-Mobile. T-Mobile has been my wireless provider in the past.

I have received identical messages to this one at least twice in 2012. This same telephone number, 503-820-5271, transmitted the identical message to my other cellphone, telephone number 303-596-7916, on November 6, 2012.
