Sort of. They pretended to be a political poll asking three simple questions about how the (1) Democrats, (2) Republicans and (3) President were handling the debt crisis, for which they were going to provide a "free" Caribbean cruise. I hung up after they transferred me to the cruise company because it was obviously one of those scams where its's not really free. It's a marketing ploy.

Offering to lower my interest rates on my credit cards. I at times can receive calls from this "company" in excess of 4 times a day, every day including weekends.

A "free" 2 day/2 night cruise after paying dock fees and taxes. If you don't take the TIMESHARE VILLAGE TOUR, they charge you for the entire cruise. This so-called company has as much to do with gathering political information in a survey as my 2 year old granddaughter has with driving a car.

A "free cruise" for taking the survey. This is just a facade to get people to tour their timeshare village. The survey is a SCAM in a weak attempt to get around the DNC laws.

The message was "In return for answering a 30 second survey we'll give you a cruise! Some fees will apply". In other words, they pretend to be a survey to commercial product (a cruise), calling it free but then indicating fees will apply. Typical scum of the earth parasites on society that you guys at the FCC are permitting to prey on trusting and naive Americans despite your mandate as civil servants to serve the citizenry.
