The pre-recorded message entices me to respond to an offer to reduce the interest rate on my credit card. However, when I've spoken to a live associate in the past, he/she is unwilling or unable to identify which credit card the call is about, the prevailing interest rate. And, when I try to request no more calls, the caller always abruptly hangs up before I can finish my statement.
