Free GE Home Security system for right to put a sign in our yard.

This is the infamous Matt from Home Security offering to put in a security system if you'll put up a sign in your yard. He calls hundreds & hundreds of people (according to the Internet) across the nation daily at residential & cell phones & violates the DNCR over & over & over. When I mentioned the DNCR he clicked off. I truly don't understand why the FCC can't stop something like this that has gone on & on for months on end if not a year. Many are saying the FCC has no teeth with the DNCR & that filing a complaint does not good. I hope this isn't true.

I do not listen to the message. When I answer the call, there is a brief delay and then a recorded message begins. I am a doctor. I cannot spend time on the call although I have to answer because it may be my answering service.

They wanted to advertise for their company using space on our front lawn in return for some free products.

Did not answer the phone. In past they have called teh same number and seling security system.
