Cardholder services, can reduce your credit card debt..... Yet again, prerecorded part said her name was Rachel. Ipressed the number to get the company information, upon which the man that answered said he would place me on the do not call list, then promptly hung up, as they have done many times before. Unfortunately, I cannot provide other dates/times of calls, those were reported to the Do Not Call list website.

They tell me my credit is in good standing but that I need to contact them immediately about my credit. Then they tell me they can lower my interest rates. If I speak to a live operator after the recorded message and tell them I'm on a do not call list, they immediately hang up. If I question them on how they got my number and who they represent they hang up. I report almost every number they call from as often as I can and nothing stops them.
