Interruptions to important calls and at inconvenient times is no longer tolerable.

Wanting to lower my credit. Recorded message state to hit 3 to discontinue calls or hit 1 to speak to someone. Hit 3 and they call back anyway. Hit 1 to speak to someone and they hang up on you when you question them.
