Said they were a company to lower my Interest rates. When I told that didn't apply to me because I do not have any loans, mortgages, etc...and please remove me from their calling list, I was instructed to call my bank cause that's who they got my # from. BS!! Sure wish these people had better things to do than ring people's phones off the hook for NOTHING!!

The automated message was a female's voice and was rather fast speaking, making it rather hard to write down everything that was stated in the message. Bits and pieces were:

"This is Rachael at cardholder services... there is no problem with your account... urgent that you contact ... eligible to lower interest rate to 6.9% ... press 3 to discontinue receiving notices, press 1 to speak with ...
