I hate these calls I wish the phone company would stor the pratice of selling our personal information to thirs parties the phone company says the do not do that but they do. Just like that call from microsoft from what sounds like a muslim or something and all the other scam calls i get. I get so sick and tired of it.
Racheal and Card services can kiss my shiny metal ass. probaly a collection agency or something in which i dont owe money.

It was a recording for lowering credit interest. It said to call them back, but said that I could press 1 to speak to an agent. I did, so that I could tell the AGAIN not to call (have done this several times) and it hangs up on you.

The reason a large portion of the people are having trouble with this number is because this number is being "Spoofed" by Delta Outsource Group, a collection agency located in O'Fallon, MO. They will try and gather enough information to create an account. Many bank accounts have been drained by this establishment and many "Spoofed" phone numbers have been fraudulently used to aquire information.
This not only hurts people by the harrassment, but also hurts the establishment that the number belongs to.

Recorded voice identifies herself as Rachael/Rachel. She offers to hurry up before deadline ("time is running out!") and change my interest rates on credit cards to as low as 6% or thereabouts. I pressed 1 to get a live operator. I asked if she had my number and she did not. Then, dial tone. I would have told her the standard "Take me off your list." if she had my number.

In Illinois, State Attorney General Lisa Madigan, is the one to report this to.
