It doesn't help to complain to the FTC or the business bureau in Oregon because this is a bogus number anyway. They don't care. I have talked to numerous agents from "Rachael's" company and told that I want off tehir lists and am on the do not call lists, but they don't get it either. I don't have credit cards, so I don't need to lower my rates- Why does Rachael not understand this? She is dumber than a box of rocks!!!! Maybe I'll just pull my phone out of the wall at this point because they have been calling 3-4 times a day! This direputable company uses multiple lines and numbers, so they are hard to stop.

It does absolutely no good to file a complaint about this company, on the Do-Not-Call complaint form OR by calling the FTC. I get 2-3 calls from Rachael every week; when it tells you to hit #3 to receive no more calls, I have been hitting it. All that does is inform the violating company they have a live residency phone to call. I have talked with a Rachael supervisor on 2 occasions and both times they promised to remove my telephone # from their call list.
Today I spoke directly with a FTC representative that says all he can do is file my compaint and law enforcement takes it from there ... to that I say BS. I asked him why they couldn't cancel their phone # they called from ... they have hundreds of numbers and he said they couldn't.
I'm going to write 60 Minutes, 20/20, and a few other TV programs to see if one of those will do a national TV program on this company. I think as soon as these companies are brought out in the open, they'll fold and go out of business.
