Caller: COULD NOT UNDERSTAND

They just called me, which I did not answer. They left a voicemail telling me something about earning 5 dollars an hour for some job and left a phone number. However, the call was kind of full of static, so it was hard to hear. I DO NOT KNOW ANYONE FROM OR. what in the world!
