Drug addicts trying to collect debts that are no longer owed or were never owed in the first place. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT CALL THEM BACK. They are not interested in the facts, they only want to upset you and hopefully trick you into a mistake.
Remember, a real debt collector will send written proof validating a debt.
