A google search yields no result for "cellop." Additionally , it appears the text message was cut off. The website mentioned has a counter displaying how many ipads are left, which, every time the page is refreshed, gives a random number, which I interpret as intending to trap the user into signing up.

Additionally, I get many messages like this per month, giving away various devices, and from various companies.
