Lovely call inquiring my satisfaction with a Lowes carpet installation that took more than 4 mo's to complete! They never called me during the 4 months to keep me apprised of any progress, but upon installation they thought it was critical to contact me at 7 am begging for kudos that the job was finally done. The bimbo calling didn't even know what time zone she was calling or the time she called!! Said she had no way of knowing where she was calling!! The second installers installed carpet with a 12" swath of parking lot grime the full length of the carpet and a silver dollar size hole in the backing. Wondering why it smelled like an auto repair shop was answered when they removed it! DONE WITH LOWE'S but I am quite sure they don't care!
