Person claimed he was looking at his system and could tell that my machine had a virus. He needed my connection information and he could fix it for me. When I asked for his contact information and supervisor he became hostile and began to berate me. I or my son receive this same call on an average of once a week. I advise them I am on "Do Not Call" and not to call again. But they always call back.
