Received a call from this number from a lady claiming to be with "Northwest Recovery Services." She said that she was a debt collector giving me the opportunity to pay a financial institution money I owe them before they file charges on me with the State of NM and my local county. I hung up on her. She called my home, work, cell number and called my mother's home. Didn't leave a message on my cell phone either.
