Incessant TCPA-violatory robocalling, apparently to market OSHA-compliant workplace posters. Few calls successfully connect the recipient with a company operator; most are dropped after the recipient answers. The company represents itself as a "government compliance office" affiliated with OSHA, a representation that is unlawful. In reality, they are a private company that sells printed workplace postings. They do not maintain a Do-Not-Call List and do not honor the federal Do-Not-Call List. Return calls to the number are not answered.
This number was used to call me 4 times today. Upon answering the line it clicked a few times, then I was connected (like a telemarketer. A woman named Julie came on that said she was from the Occupational Compliance and Health Administration (?) and I needed to answer questions 'just in case OSHA did a surprise audit of my workplace'. I told her I don't answer unsolicited questions over the phone and for her to send me her questionnaire. She asked for my email address. I said if she was with a government agency she would have my email address in the record of my company. She admitted she was not with OSHA. I asked what her relationship was with OSHA, and she became evasive. I asked for her last name, which she refused. This is totally a scam I think! So I just begin to tell her that she should be ashamed of herself, that I am ashamed for her and what do you think whoever is paying for her to make these calls is doing with the information. 'Shame'! I say....and she hangs up.
Something about OSHA and hung up
I called back the number. No answer.
They called me back and said they were a dating service
Claimed to be doing something for OSHA. Got very defensive when I started questionsing him. Finally he hung up on me.
Multiple calls, multiple hangups
