I had placed an ad for housing on Craigslist and this phone number contacted me with a i offer to rent a house in Bozeman, MT. for $750/mo. $1,000 deposit and included all utilities. The person did not offer their name, but finally gave me the street address (2433 Ferguson Ave.) They had wanted me to provide my name, email, phone number, and how quickly I could get deposit and first months rent to them. I stalled, looked up the address, found it on Zillow for rent at $2350/mo! Property management company was contacted and they confirmed that this was a scam/fraud.
