This is a tape recording pretending that you have called them so they are just returning your call about back braces and back pain. This is a scam to make you think someone in the family placed a legitimate inquiry or order. If you fall for the call and buy something, it is probably a case of Medicare fraud -- the seller can bill Medicare for the back brace you didn't need and didn't want (and may never get).
